VUU Men’s Tennis Places Fourth at CIAA Championships

ETTRICK, VA – The Virginia Union University men’s tennis team placed fourth at the 2008 CIAA Championships. The Championships were held April 16-19 on the campus of Virginia State University. VUU’s Gil Hernandez recorded a team-high third place finish in the #2 singles competition. #3 Wayne Motley, #4 William Crump, #5 James McLean and #6 Daniel Metzger all recorded fourth place finishes at their respective positions.
