Shaw Holds VUU in Season Opener

Virginia Union’s Braxton Byerson, Ryan King and Branden McDonald combined for 39 points, but it wasn’t enough as Shaw University held the Panthers to a 61-58 loss in the season opener.

The Panthers will open their home season on 11/28 when they take on the Broncos of Fayetteville State.
